    I had this site in my saved mail.Just went into it. Your skin items are very similar to borrelia infection. Skin condition more common in Europe borreliosis. I have it. Not as bad as your photos but similar. It can be from vasculitis infectious usually. First could you reply to me.Then we could go from there. I am sorry you have these problems. Do you want my E-mail address. Your arm photo above looks like atrophie blanche which I was told is differential of ACA. Do you get esp before ulcerations come horrible knife like jabbing pain in the area.
